Dr. Fan is an Environmental Scientist with more than 10 years of experience focused on research and development, evaluation, and application of innovative technologies and solutions for soil and groundwater remediation across academia, regulatory agencies, and the private sector. His technical expertise includes fundamental biogeochemical processes for contaminant transformation in subsurface and in situ groundwater remediation technologies, such as in situ chemical reduction (ISCR), in situ activated carbon-based technology, and other forms of combined remedial technologies.
